Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service by responding to customers’ enquiries effectively
and professionally - Interact with customers to provide information in response to service charges
and type of servicing required - Process all incoming and outgoing repair jobs
- Coordinates with various channels on their watch repair needs
- Handle shipment arrangement and preparation of all shipping document
- Generate tracking reports based on data and feedback
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
- Acquire basic watch knowledge to enhance the ability to understand both customer and work requirements (Training will be provided)
