Aftersales Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service by responding to customers’ enquiries effectively
    and professionally
  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to service charges
    and type of servicing required
  • Process all incoming and outgoing repair jobs
  • Coordinates with various channels on their watch repair needs
  • Handle shipment arrangement and preparation of all shipping document
  • Generate tracking reports based on data and feedback
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
  • Acquire basic watch knowledge to enhance the ability to understand both customer and work requirements (Training will be provided)

  • Required skill(s): communication skills, coordination, and customer service=
  • Positive work attitude with high degree of initiative and drive
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Meticulous, well organized and with ability to analyse and solve problems
  • Ability to view different scenarios from a macro perspective while having an
    eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills & system savvy
