Beauty Therapist

Customer Service:

• Working as part of a high performing team, ensure customers are your priority at every point of contact:
  – Telephone conversations
  – Reception
  – Treatments
• Treat every customer genuinely with care regarding their treatment results
• Manage and maintain client appointments and information
• Follow our mission to create tailored beauty results for every client
• Ensure all customers information are current and accurate

Treatments:

• Focus on upselling and cross-selling:
  – Promotions
  – Pre-payment options
• Consult with clients regarding treatments, risks, pre and post care and escalate for a second opinion if necessary
• Conduct treatments including but not limited to;
  – LED Laser Hair Removal
  – Laser Skin Treatments
  – Skin Treatments
  – Body Treatments
• Discuss pre and post care with clients

Clinic Operations:

• Record and reconcile all transactions:
  – Credit Card Payments
  – Cash
  – Gift cards
• Report discrepancies
• Maintain clinic rooms and reception
• Maintain equipment
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Manage stock and consumer items and replenish as required

Work Health and Safety:

• Comply with all work health and safety standards
• Report all hazards, incidents and injuries immediately to your Line Manager

General:

• Comply with all company policies and procedures
• Attend training from time to time
• Assist with ad hoc duties as required
