The HR Executive supports on-site HR operations support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly payroll and headcount reports
- Liaison on payroll matters with relevant stakeholders
- Process monthly payroll as per schedule including staff claims
- Manage onboarding & offboarding
- Filing of claims and tax related matters to various government agencies
- Maintain and upkeep training records for ISO audits
- Process work pass application, renewal, cancellation, process IR21
- Coordinate training courses both internally and externally
- Make plans for yearly engagement events within budget given
- Manage yearly renewal of corporate insurance, corporate license/s (if any)
- Maintain and upkeep staff p-files, leave records and staff directory
- Ad-hoc projects relating to work process improvement

Education: Minimum Diploma in HR Management
Compensation: S$2,800 to $3,200
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HR Management with at least 1-2 years’ working experience in similar capacity
- Candidates with Talent Acquisition experience is advantageous
- An eye for details with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethics
- Strong knowledge in MOM regulations
- Familiar with HRMS (ie. InfoTech, PeopleSoft)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proactive with a “can-do” attitude
- Possess CEI Basic Certification is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
