Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing inventory stock needs and undertaking office management and administration
- Handle incoming & outgoing mails and shipment for overseas purchase order and repairs
- Tracking and following up of final products according to customer requirements
- Provide administrative support to sales and management team by generating and maintaining stock report to monitor and track on inventory
- Handle application with respective agencies for operational permits for business process and compliance
- Overseeing the shipment and delivery of goods and liaise with Vendor administrative and retailers to achieve mutual satisfaction
- Coordinate with forwarder on import/export work
- Work closely with Service Centre for additional level of quality control to improve service standards
- Maintain proper filing of documents, warehouse logs and records

Requirements
- Minimum GCE N level & above with at least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience
- Experience in stock take is advantageous
- Meticulous and conscientious
- Able to multi-task and work in a team
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word will be an added advantage.
