Sales Operation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all sales operations and personnel
  • Generate and report daily and monthly report-out in a timely manner
  • Coordinate training to new hire and existing sales team
  • Manage sales channels’ invoicing and paperwork
  • Forecast and manage sales promotion
  • Assist BD Manager in achieving sales target
  • Tabulate sales commission and overtime on a monthly basis promptly and accurately
  • Manage sales personnel schedule (full-time and part-time) to ensure both brand stores are adequate in manpower
  • Handle all contracted sales personnel
  • Cover up for Careline sales enquiries during absence of Careline team

Compensation: $2,600 to $2,800


  • Minimum Diploma with at least 1 – 2 years of Sales Operation experience in retail industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform under tight timeline
  • Enjoy working as a team
