Job Responsibilities:
- Handles full payroll cycle administration, including monthly payroll
processing/reporting, employee reimbursement, CPF submission and employee income tax matters - Responsible for payroll audit exercise and submission of government surveys and government claims such as NS claims, childcare leave, maternity leave etc
- Support the company training and development initiatives in areas such as administering the company’s total training plan, training needs analysis and monitoring of grants & schemes for learning programmes
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through training feedback and analysis of evaluation scores
- Assist in developing tools & programmes for succession planning and provide inputs to stakeholders on critical roles & succession plan
- To execute re-employment programmes for retiring employees in the company
- Handles offboarding matters including conducting exit interviews & analysis of exit interview feedback and provide recommendations
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource/Business Studies
- Degree with 2 to 3 years or Diploma with 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR Operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRMS
- Good and sound knowledge of statutory and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong employee service focus and aptitude
- A team player and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to multi-task, meticulous and work in a fast-paced environment
