Key Responsibilities:
- To supervise & ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings & specifications
- To inspect & ensure that the ACMV installation works are executed within acceptable standard of workmanship
- To monitor the installation progress as well as coordination with Client, Consultants & vendors to ensure efficient & timely delivery of assignment
- Prepare & submit site progress reports & other necessary project documentation
- Assist in the preparation of progress payment claims & variation orders where required
- Responsible for testing & commissioning of ACMV systems
- Attend safety, technical & daily site progress meetings
- Conduct site inspection with relevant parties to resolve technical/site issues
- Ensure timely handover of project
- Other project-related tasks as deemed necessary

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Min.2 years of working experience in construction industry
- Having experience in Wafer fab or pharmaceutical will be an added advantage
- In-depth knowledge of project management principles
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking site workers, subcons/vendors
