Key Responsibilities:
- Planning & supervision of major controls installations
- To ensure that the relevant installation drawings are accessible at the point of use
- To supervise & ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings & specifications
- Coordinate with other disciplines to meet schedule
- Prepare & submit site progress reports & other necessary project documentation
- To oversee the testing & commissioning of electrical works
- To troubleshoot controls & electrical equipment
- To compile & provide method statements, Risk Assessments, layout details & shop drawings, Operational Manual for Client review & approval
- Attend meetings & conduct site inspection with relevant parties to resolve technical/site issues
- Attend site walks to ensure all works are in accordance with safety procedures
- Ensure timely handover of project works
- Other project-related tasks as deemed necessary

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
- Min.3 years of working experience in electrical scope in construction industry
- Technical knowledge fr High & Low Voltage Electrical Systems from Preliminary
- Design to Commissioning and Handover will be an added advantage
- Good Knowledge of Singapore Standards or Code of Practice
- Good knowledge of electrical controls & AUTOCAD
- Able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking site workers, subcons/vendors
