Key Responsibilities:
- To make daily checks on work progress, housekeeping & safety implementation on site with safety personnel
- To ensure design & drawings conformance to authorities and codes requirements
- To prepare work schedules and ensure compliance of such schedule
- To ensure all contractors are safety inducted and issued with permit before work commencement
- Attend all technical, design & consultant meetings
- To resolve site problems proactively in a timely manner
- To ensure adherence to Safe Work Procedure are established
- Monitor project progress & conduct site inspection
- To prepare & submit site progress report & all other necessary project documentation
- Ensure timely handover of project
- Other project-related tasks as deemed necessary

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- Min. 3-year experience working on construction projects
- Good knowledge of project management principles
- Good knowledge of structural analysis
- Conversant with latest structural design codes & material standard
- Proficient in communication skills at an operational level
- Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking site workers, subcons/vendors
