Talent Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of general recruitment team mailbox, interview scheduling, providing exceptional and timely responses, interactions and overall experience to candidates
  • Facilitate the talent acquisition process from requisition to offer generations via recruiting systems
  • Coordinate offer and closing process for offerees
  • Utilize recruit tracking system for data entry, event management, and reporting in a timely & accurate manner
  • Support and participate in the team’s recruiting initiatives and projects
  • Work closely with recruiters to source for candidates across various platforms

Education: Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration
Compensation: $2,300 to $2,800

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration
  • CEI certified is advantageous
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
  • Are highly motivated, enthusiastic, confident and creative
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Are service oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence
