Job Responsibilities:
- Ownership of general recruitment team mailbox, interview scheduling, providing exceptional and timely responses, interactions and overall experience to candidates
- Facilitate the talent acquisition process from requisition to offer generations via recruiting systems
- Coordinate offer and closing process for offerees
- Utilize recruit tracking system for data entry, event management, and reporting in a timely & accurate manner
- Support and participate in the team’s recruiting initiatives and projects
- Work closely with recruiters to source for candidates across various platforms

Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration
- CEI certified is advantageous
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience required

- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Are service oriented and committed to teamwork and excellence
