Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of the organisation’s strategic vision in partnership with the Board of Directors.
- Provide strong, forward-looking leadership to drive innovation, growth, and organisational sustainability.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure effective and high-quality service delivery.
- Lead and inspire the senior leadership team to achieve organisational goals.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal sustainability.
- Serve as the organisation’s key spokesperson and build strong relationships with partners, funders, and stakeholders.
- Ensure robust governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks are in place.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organisational culture.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred)
Compensation: $8,500 - $11,000
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8–15 years of senior leadership experience with proven strategic and operational oversight capabilities.
- Strong experience in financial management and organisational leadership.
- Experience working closely with or reporting to a Board of Directors is essential
