HR Manager/Assistant HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong support in business partnering on human capitalization
  • Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Oversee on-boarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Maintain updated records in all HR systems
  • Execute monthly payroll
  • Manage staff medical benefits and other claims processes and drive better
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives including feedback sessions, staff bonding activities and wellness programs
  • Good knowledge in compensation and benefits to ensure administration of salaries and benefits are adequate for staff attraction and retention

Education: Degree in Business - Human Resources preferred
Compensation: $4,000 to $5,000


  • Degree in Business – Human Resources preferred
  • A qualified HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law and HR best practices
  • Strong compliance
  • Results driven, hands-on with ability to engage employees at all levels
  • Demonstrate high level of analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to get down to basics and perform transactional tasks
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
  • Candidate who can commence immediately or within short notice will be advantageous
  • Good analytical and quality conceptualization skills
