Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and implement age-appropriate English language lessons that promote early literacy, vocabulary development, and communication skills
- Classroom Management: Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and encouraged to participate
- Individualized Learning: Assess the diverse needs of each child and tailor activities to support their language development and overall growth
- Engaging Activities: Utilize songs, stories, games, and hands-on activities to make learning fun and interactive
- Parental Communication: Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and provide suggestions for home activities
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

Requirements
- Possess either 1:
– Higher Nitec in Early Childhood Education
– Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECH)
– Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education (CPEE)
– Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education (ECDE)
– Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Education
- ECDA Accreditation: L1 or L2 certified are welcome to apply
- Min years of experience: 1 year and above
