Job Responsibilities:
- Handle all project enquiries and sales
- Review tender documents and summarize critical information
- Prepare all necessary documentation, follow up on tender queries and monitor progress
- Coordinate with internal team and external parties (tender team/government agencies/authorities etc.)
- Manage relationship with clients and ensure projects meet deadlines
- Monitor market for upcoming tenders, obtain information and secure growth opportunities by initiating/sourcing new projects
- Any other ad-hoc duties required

Requirements
- Minimum education required is Bachelor’s Degree
- Possesses 2-3 years project management experience including tendering
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who is meticulous, hands-on with high learning agility
- Independent, self-motivated and resourceful
