Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, to drive business growth in the event industry
  • Identify and target prospective clients, including corporate entities, organizations, and individuals, to generate new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales and marketing approaches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their event requirements and providing tailored solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that showcase our event services and value proposition
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials, for both online and offline channels
  • Utilize digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising, to reach a wider audience and promote upcoming events
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, social media engagement, and other relevant metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
  • Continuously optimize digital marketing strategies and tactics to improve lead generation conversion rates, and overall marketing performance
  • Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional networks and generate leads
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and event marketing strategies, particularly in the digital space, to remain competitive in the market
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including event planners, operations, and production, to ensure seamless event execution
  • Collaborate with sponsors, vendors, and partners to explore partnership opportunities and enhance event experiences

  • Min educational requirement: Diploma in any discipline
  • Proven 1 year of experience in sales and marketing roles within the event industry, with a focus on digital marketing
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of event industry trends, best practices, and customer preferences
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising
  • Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to secure event bookings and partnerships
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique event marketing ideas, both online and offline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required in the event industry
  • Fresh Graduates will be considered
