Sales Executive (KL)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and expand key accounts
  • Move prospects through our B2B sales cycle
  • Demonstrate strategic selling approach to identify, target, and penetrate companies with the appropriate needs
  • Consistently engage in prospecting activities. Concentrate on new business development opportunities in existing clients
  • Qualify all accounts and ensure accurate information in Zoho CRM
  • Develop winning proposals and deliver presentations
  • Identify and understand customers’ decision-making processes, goals, objectives, strategies, competitive situations, buyers and influences to build direct relationships and win new business opportunities
  • Partner with various internal resources to ensure that proper pricing and delivery targets are set for proposed solutions
  • Achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota.

Project Location(s): Kuala Lumpur
Education: Minimum Diploma required with 2-3 years in sales & marketing, focusing on Professional Services
Compensation: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month


  • Minimum Diploma required with 2-3 years in sales & marketing, focusing on Professional Services
  • Proven record of meeting revenue targets
  • Experience in new business development and relationship management
  • Familiarity with HRIS
  • Previous success in Sales or Business Development roles
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, listening, and communication abilities
  • Proficient in pipeline analysis and opportunity forecasting
  • Self-starter and goal-oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • High integrity in SOP adoption
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

  • Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
  • Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
  • Salary: RM2,500 to RM3,000
