Trade Support Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full spectrum of documentary trade transactions-: Prepare and process all required documentation for importing and exporting commodities, this includes handling Bill of Lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and other relevant documents
  • Liasion with suppliers, buyers, agents, shipping companies, freight forwarders, communicate effectively to gather necessary information, resolve issues, and provide updates on documentation and shipment status
  • Preparation & checking of export/import documents, standard sales/purchase contracts
  • Prepare shipment schedules, keep proper documentation of trade finance records and ensure all transaction documents are in order
  • Reporting to management of trade positions
  • Handle office administrative duties
  • Prepare trade claims timely & accurately with supplier
  • Ensure filling of physical documents effectively & neatly
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Education: Diploma in Logistics
Compensation: $3,000 to $3,500


  • Min education Diploma in Logistics
  • Min 6 months to 1 years of trade operations in commodity trade
  • Able to handle processing of import & export documents
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
